A name, telephone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the third-party provider that supplies the result experience. Our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. When a visitor contacts us, we receive the message content and use it to respond.
Routine Technical Data
Hosting services create normal server logs, including an IP address, browser information, viewed pages, and timestamps. We review that information in aggregate for reliability and usage trends. Cookies or comparable tools may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where used.
How Limited Data Is Used
Technical information supports operation, error correction, aggregate traffic measurement, and page improvements. We do not sell visitor lists or create personal visitor profiles.
External Services
Links lead to Mahoning County and Ohio portals, library collections, archives, and third-party search providers. The policy of the service receiving your information governs that submission, including a sponsored result provider.
Service Providers and Disclosure
Hosting and support providers process technical logs for us. Analytics or advertising partners can receive the automatic data described above. Information is otherwise disclosed only when valid legal process requires it.
Safeguards
The service uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only for the operational purposes described here. Because there are no user accounts, the service does not hold a visitor password or profile.
Visitors Under Eighteen
The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a person under 18. If a minor has sent information, contact us so it can be deleted.
Your Information Choices
Depending on where you live, access, correction, or deletion rights may apply to data a website keeps. Ohio has no verified broad consumer data-broker deletion law or universal broker opt-out; Chapter 1354 concerns cybersecurity rather than consumer deletion rights. Because we retain very little, a request usually involves the contact mailbox and available server logs. Use the Contact page. Public records maintained by Ohio, Mahoning County, or Boardman Township custodians are outside our control and must be addressed to the relevant office.
